BRUSSELS, Apr 21 (PRIME) -- The E.U. has included Russian businessmen Sergei Kurchenko and Yevgeny Prigozhin into the list of restrictive measures, according to a document published in the E.U.’s Official Journal on Thursday.
The decision becomes effective from the day of publication.
